Booking Policy: All bookings are made on a first-come, first-served basis.
Bookings are non-transferable, non-adjustable, and cannot be rescheduled. Trips can be rescheduled if you inform Duniya Darshan at least 45 days prior to the trip, subject to the availability of preferred dates.
Content Ownership: Any photos or videos created on Duniya Darshan trips, whether by Duniya Darshan content creators or clients, are the property of Duniya Darshan. Duniya Darshan may use this content for advertising across various media platforms.
Identification Verification: Valid government-issued IDs must be verified before boarding. No boarding will be allowed without a valid government ID.
Transfer of Bookings: The transfer of bookings is not permitted. Only the names mentioned at the time of confirmation will be allowed to travel.
Itinerary and Transportation: Duniya Darshan reserves the right to rearrange the itinerary and transportation in the event of unavoidable circumstances such as weather conditions, political conditions, local union disputes, or other unforeseen events.
Identification Proof: Travelers must carry an original individual identification proof (e.g., Aadhar card, Driving License, Voter ID, Passport) during the journey. Safety and Liability:
Duniya Darshan will not be responsible for any man-made or natural calamities.
All sports and activities offered are safe and approved by the state ministry, and they will be conducted under the guidance of highly trained professionals. However, in case of any injury or accident during adventure sports or travel, Duniya Darshan will not be liable.
Updates to Booking: If there are any updates or changes to your booking, you must provide prior notice to Duniya Darshan.
Weather and Government Norms: In cases of inappropriate weather or changes in local government norms, activities mentioned in the itinerary can be scheduled or canceled without prior notice.
Inappropriate Behavior: Mischievous or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. Duniya Darshan reserves the right to cancel bookings without any refund at any time during the trip if such behavior occurs.
